Here we have the legendary Vallorbe Files in 13/64 inch or 5.2mmmm diameter in a Box of 12.
These SWISS manufactured files are amazing and really are the gold standard for files.
I think the Vallorbe motto is "feel the bite" or something like that.
This size some of you use on 3/8 and  .404" Chain.
Round Files are used extensively in the Engineering and Building industries as well as they are good for filing holes, deburring, edging etc...
