Postage & Handling Policy
At OutBushMan Australia we love nothing more then sending your gear on the day it's ordered. Sometimes, depending on how busy we are and other commitments like saw building, this may stretch out longer. Most of our customers are OK with this knowing we always come good, however if you need your parts urgently, please let us know so we can prioritize your order.
We aim to have your purchase delivered on time, however please consider that delays after mailing, are out of our control.

OBM takes every precaution to ensure your product is well packed to arrive in good condition. Should any damage occur please let us know.

Return Policy
​If you have ordered the wrong product we will happily exchange it, within a reasonable timeframe. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Used items generally will not be accepted for return, however in the rare case where you feel the product has fallen well short of what one may consider an acceptable standard/quality, we are happy to discuss this with you.

We try to be accommodating with returns however please note we do not accept returns for change of mind which cost us time and money.
