Here we have a Genuine STIHL Starter Pulley Washer that is used on a great many saws from the 038 up to the 881. This Special Washer goes on top of the pulley shaft and under the Z Clip.
The size of this one is... 12.1 (ID) x 20mm (OD) x .4mm Thickness and it's hardened too, like top polished steel for the job
I'm sure some of you will be needing this one.
