Genuine Plastic Plug / Cap for the AV Buffers on the 1122 Series of Chainsaws 
Namely the models... 064, 066, MS660
Each of the saws requires two of these, one on the left rear and one of the right rear
 
These plugs can over time suffer damage and or go missing too.
OBM recommends using a slight smear of rubber grease when fitting these.
