Here we have a STIHL Special Tool that is essential if you are working on the 1144 Series of Chiansaws, which are the MS651, MS661 and MS661C models.
As STIHL Design different Castings for their Crankcases, they also manufacture these Seal Drivers or Press Sleeves / Press Arbors as they call them to aid the fitment of the seals. This is not something that you can do with a socket, trust me on that. The Case Seal on the flywheel side would be impossible to fit easily without this tool. In other words you need this tool if you are working on the botttom end of the 1144 Series.Here if you need one anyways...
