Here we have a Genuine STIHL High Compression (thin 0.5mm) Cylinder or Base Gasket for the MS400, MS400C Chainsaw.
This one is single use only and it is coated with a plastic sealant film on each side of the gasket which does a great job of sealing this critical junction.
