STIHL Genuine M6 x 30mm Grade 10.9 Spline Screw # 9022 341 1370

Here we have a Genuine STIHL / RIBE  Spline Screw in M6 x 3mm size. The Grade is 10.9
These are mostly used to fix the cylinders on many of the STIHL Models, like the 460, 461, 880, 881 etc etc... too many to list. These are high end German manufactured fasteners made by the RIBE Corporation for STIHL.
It can be a good idea to change out cylinder screws as they can come under stress and heat cycles over years of use.
