STIHL Genuine / OEM Decompressor Valve Grommet (fits many saws) # 1122 084 1405

special grommet for the decompression valve that fits most of the modern STIHL saws. This grommet is designed to handle high heat and its sits around the decompression valve and buffers the orange engine cover / handle shroud creating the correct gap so as to keep the engine cover from touching the top of the cylinder.
This Grommet fits many saws like the 024, 026, MS440, MS460, 066L, MS660 and possibly many more... If in doubt please check your parts list or IPL as some call it.
The third pic show the grommet correctly installed on a decompressor valve. The fourth pic show the valve with no grommet / no protection for the engine cover.
Note there is an top to this part, check that the groove in the grommet aligns to the raised rib as is seen on the casting in pic 3.
