The new improved bar stud or collar screws for your STIHL saw. These could benefit your earlier STIHL saw if you wish to make the improvement. Likewise if your saw already has this type but you have a damaged thread or you have damaged one in any way, these could be what you need
 
Just bear in mind that these bar studs need to have the matching later style clutch covers too, but nothing that a drill could not fix if you're handy.
