If you are into STIHL Special Service Tools then this could be for you.
This tool is invaluable as it fits the small hole in the cutter head housing which then passes through the Line Spool thereby locking it so one can remove the lock nut.
Without this tool, you really will be looking for something the right size to place into that hole and seeing as it needs to be quite long that is not going to be an easy task.
