A  661 "Skirted" Sprocket Cover or as I prefer to call it  a ... Skirted Clutch Cover
This is one beautifully designed part... no doubt about it. It is very thick, hence strong as and you  get the whole Assembly... 
The Cover with captive nuts and 2 x guide blocks and the Chain Catcher / Chip Flap as well.
Being Skirted it is just way better than the standard one as it's deeper, stronger and has a way way better dust flap / chip flap so if you buy this for sure it will make your 661 much nicer to use, like no more getting showered in chips when you over cut away from yourself when docking a big log.
