Genuine Inner Guide plate for the 1124 serial no saws.
Namely the 084, 088, MS780, MS880 and the MS881 too.
Often these get damaged from running loose chains and the "wings" actually get cut off or worn off, this of course exposes the crankcase to damage. If this is how yours looks, you would be wise to replace it.
