STIHL Genuine 1106 Series Oil Pump Adjustment Screw Rubber Cap.
This part will need changing on old saws to protect your metering diaphragm. The rubber will over time get hard and therefore the cusioining effect of this part will be lost.
So if you are repairing one of these old classics best to change out this part.
Note that on the last picture this cap is no 5, part no 4 is the conical stop washer.
