Tungsten carbide is an extremely hard compound; approximately twice the density of steel, and can only be sharpened with discs or files coated with diamond.  Our service department offers this service and will return your chain in pristine condition.

This is industry standard for tungsten chains sold in Australia.  We do not accept returns, or offer replacements for used chains, however damaged teeth can be replaced by our service department for a small fee.
