Here we have a Genuine STIHL Governor Return Spring for the 1106 series of saws, which are the 070, 070AV, 090, 090AV, 090G, the CONTRA / LIGHTNING models too.
Over time, these springs wear and get weak, which I have seen many times. In fact, when I work on these models, I invariably replace this spring, as for sure, it will help you saw.
