PT  is an Italian Company specialising in making a select range of chainsaw parts and they are very well regarded in the industry.
You need to change out this decompression valve at times as they can wear and leak over time which can have a negative effect on your saw. I have seen holes blown through the top plastics as a result of combustion gasses leaking and you do not want that
